We have not fixed 2026 dates for Rwanda yet. Register once and we will email you the moment they are set — and in the meantime the same pass gets you into any other fair on the tour, in person or online.
The Rwanda leg
Every StudyXpo fair runs 10:00 to 16:00, free to enter, with admissions officers reviewing documents on the day. Rwanda will be no different.

Course and destination, fair attended
01 / Arrive
Your pass is on WhatsApp. Show it at the door, collect a floor plan, and start with the institutions on your shortlist.
02 / Talk
You speak to the people who assess applications. Ask about entry requirements, tuition and scholarships, and get an answer on the spot.
03 / Apply
Bring your results, transcripts and a photo ID. Many institutions review them at the stand and issue offers before you leave.
04 / Plan
Sessions on student visas, proof of funds and intake dates, so you leave with a plan rather than a pile of brochures.
